Special exception approval for a Campus Master Plan of a 20-acre private school.
Success
Soo Lee-Cho worked to successfully obtained initial approval of the school’s Campus Master Plan along with necessary modifications to implement expansion of academic buildings as well as athletic fields and maintenance facilities. The land use department of Miller, Miller & Canby also coordinates with staff at the Heights School to implement regular community meetings with neighbors and have assisted the school with various permitting issues.
