Thomas Donohue

Tom Donohue’s practice emphasizes tax and estate planning for individuals and families. Tom has met with hundreds of clients over the past few decades.  He works hard to understand each client’s individual needs and wishes and prepares the proper estate documents to carry out those wishes.  Tom has served as the attorney and/or personal representative of countless estates, as well as the attorney and/or Trustee of countless Trusts.  In addition to the administrative duties of an estate or Trust, Tom can also prepare all tax filings, including the client’s personal 1040’s, the estate and trust income tax form 1041 returns, as well Federal, Maryland and DC estate tax returns.
