Ms. Witherow-Williams’ practice focuses on the representation of landlords in litigation throughout the courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Witherow-Williams’ litigation experience also includes representation of common ownership communities (condos/HOAs) and creditor and collection litigation with a primary focus on collection actions and post-judgment collection proceedings.
Prior to joining BBS&G, Ms. Witherow-Williams was an associate attorney with Whittaker Myers, PC in Rockville, MD, where her practice focused mainly on creditor and collection litigation, and then she was partner at Cameron Mericle, P.A. in Greenbelt, MD, focusing primarily on representing condominiums and homeowner’s associations throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia.
