Jason Ordene’s practice focuses on the representation of large commercial property owners in contract, lease, and general civil litigation matters.
Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, Mr. Ordene has appeared before numerous state and federal courts in a wide variety of matters, including representing clients in insurance defense claims, construction litigation, mechanics’ lien and bond actions, and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and workouts. His experience in local trial courts allows him to develop creative solutions to his clients’ legal challenges and puts his clients in the best position to achieve positive outcomes. Mr. Ordene is a proponent of alternative dispute resolution and has successfully represented clients in reaching negotiated settlements through mediation and integrative negotiation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ordene practiced at a large regional firm where he represented condominium associations, residential cooperatives, and community associations in covenant enforcement, governing document interpretation, and litigation.
