Adam Moskowitz’s practice focuses on estate and trust planning, administration, and litigation. Adam has drafted wills, trusts, powers of attorney and medical directives for hundreds of clients and their families. His practice also includes complex trust and tax planning. Additionally, Adam’s experience includes will contest litigation, trust interpretation/modification controversies, real estate ownership disputes, fiduciary duty disputes, rights of heirs, beneficiaries, and legatees and other types of litigation involving estates and trusts. Adam has completed administration for trusts and estates of all sizes, working closely with the fiduciary and beneficiaries.
Prior to joining BBS&G, Adam was a partner at a boutique estate and trust planning, administration and litigation firm in Bethesda, Maryland.
Additionally, Adam has mentored dozens of students from the George Washington University Law School, has sat on several panels to share his experience and advice with students, and speaks regularly to large groups about estate and trust planning. In 2019 the George Washington University Law School awarded Adam with the GW Law Recent Alumni Award. The George Washington Law Alumni Association (Adam now sits on its board of directors) created The George Washington University Law School Recent Alumni Award to honor an alumnus/alumna who graduated within the past 15 years and has made substantial leadership and service contributions to The George Washington University Law School and the legal profession.
