Mr. Rogers’ practice focuses on zoning, land use, and development. He represents clients in several industries including multi-family, affordable housing, senior housing, private schools, and medical offices to achieve their development goals.

His practice also includes transactional commercial real estate matters such as the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and the litigation of commercial disputes.

Mr. Rogers graduated, magna cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, Mr. Rogers served as an articles editor on the American University Law Review, worked as a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure under Professor Elizabeth Beske, and clerked at BBS&G. Prior to joining BBS&G, Mr. Rogers was a summer associate at a business and real estate law firm in Pinehurst, NC.
