Mr. Motazedi’s practice focuses on business transactions. He represents clients on a full range of business matters, with a focus on entity formation, planning, and restructuring, contract drafting and negotiation, and general guidance to help clients achieve their business goals.
His practice also includes commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Motazedi routinely drafts and negotiates commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements. He helps clients evaluate key contractual provisions, streamline deal timelines, and align real estate commitments with broader business plans.
Prior to joining BBS&G, Mr. Motazedi worked in Montgomery County’s Office of Zoning and Administrative Hearings, where he assisted the hearing examiner in evaluating and recommending proposed zoning plans. During law school, he worked as a student attorney in a business law clinic, guiding young entrepreneurs through entity selection, contract issues, and compliance considerations.
