Claire Kretschmer’s practice focuses on estate and trust planning, administration, and litigation. Ms. Kretschmer drafts wills, trusts, powers of attorney, medical directives, and deeds for individuals, couples, and families. She also has experience in estate administration matters in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
In addition to her experience with estate, trust, and probate matters, Ms. Kretschmer also has civil litigation experience, including the drafting of complaints, answers, substantive pre-trial motions, and comprehensive settlement agreements.
Prior to joining BBS&G, Ms. Kretschmer worked as an associate at a boutique law firm with a practice focus on estate planning. During law school, she was a note and comment editor for the American University Business Law Review and was also a student member of the Bar Association of Montgomery County.
