Ms. Hoffman’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation with a special emphasis on business disputes and commercial real estate matters. Her experience includes corporate control fights, real property and commercial lease disputes, business breakups, and appellate litigation.

Ms. Hoffman also has experience with business and real estate transactions, including operating agreements and commercial leases.

Before joining BBS&G as an associate, Ms. Hoffman interned with the Legal Aid Society of Columbus and the Undergraduate Student Legal Aid Office at the University of Maryland. She also worked as a summer associate for an energy law firm in Washington, D.C. 

Ms. Hoffman graduated, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, Ms. Hoffman served as an articles editor on the Administrative Law Review, worked as a research assistant, and clerked at BBS&G.
