Ms. Manuel’s practice focuses on civil litigation. She represents clients in litigation related to real estate, construction, business, contract, and other civil disputes.
Prior to joining BBS&G, Ms. Manuel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Andrea M. Leahy on the Appellate Court of Maryland. Ms. Manuel graduated, cum laude, from Francis King Carey School of Law at the University of Maryland-Baltimore. While in law school, Ms. Manuel won legal writing awards and was a member of the 2023-2024 National Moot Court Team. Ms. Manuel also served as an articles editor for the Maryland Law Review and clerked at an employment law firm in Washington, D.C.
