Project Scope

Lead the development design team through a consolidated sketch plan and preliminary plan approval to develop a 55,000 square foot multi-family residential building near the core of Downtown Bethesda.


Soo Lee-Cho worked with our client, SJ Investment Corp., to obtain entitlements for the redevelopment of two lots near the Bethesda Metro to construct a 7-story multi-family residential building that will provide up to 60 units including 15% MPDUs, underground parking, and penthouse amenity space.  The project exceeded required public benefits by providing exceptional design, energy conservation and green roof design. The building included neighborhood residential street design that will be a basis of redevelopment for future projects along Avondale Street.
