Project Scope
Obtain Historic Area Work Permit (HAWP) and Site Plan approval for a solar collection facility to be co-located on property occupied by a church, consisting of almost 63 acres near Olney.
Success
Working with the development team, Soo Lee-Cho helped the client achieve Site Plan and HAWP approval for a solar array located on a portion of a historically designated church property that provided screening for the existing historic structures on the site, and retained environmental features like a forest conservation easement and stream quality on the three streams traversing the site.
