Support independent private school that serves ages kindergarten through 12th grade with challenging land use approvals and amendments for their 102 acre campus.
Success
The attorneys at Miller, Miller & Canby are particularly skilled in addressing the unique concerns and issues that face private schools. Soo Lee-Cho has represented the Bullis School through the approval of their 2004 Campus Master Plan, an expansion of their property boundaries, and the addition of their almost 59,000 square foot state-of-the-art STEM education building known as Discovery Center. She has also assisted the school with modification of their preliminary plan to meet forest conservation requirements and allow for new parking and playfields on the campus.
