Beneeta Ahuja’s practice focuses on estates, trusts, and probate matters. She advises clients regarding legacy planning, probate and trust administration, and prenuptial and post nuptial agreements. Ms. Ahuja’s experience includes drafting complex wills, trusts, medical directives, and general and limited powers of attorney. She is dedicated to assisting clients with all aspects of estate and trust planning. Valued by clients for her attention to detail, Ms. Ahuja crafts strategic, individualized plans based on each client’s personal goals in order to establish a legacy for future generations. She also guides families through the detailed steps required to administer an estate or trust.
Prior to joining BBS&G, Ms. Ahuja worked for a boutique estate planning firm in Virginia and assisted in a variety of estate planning and estate administration matters. During law school, Ms. Ahuja served as a student attorney for the University of Maryland School of Law’s Gender Violence Clinic, where she successfully litigated a protective order and the appeal in the Baltimore County District and Circuit courts.
