Wendy D. Pullano
Principal
Wendy D. Pullano joined the firm in November 2006 to practice in the area of commercial real estate leasing, acquisitions, finance and transactional matters. Previously, Ms. Pullano managed a foreclosure practice involving residential mortgage foreclosures in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia as well as creditors' rights in bankruptcy. She also has worked extensively in the areas of residential real estate contracts and brokerage law, civil litigation, and landlord-tenant matters. Most recently, Ms. Pullano worked for two years at a local title company conducting settlements and advising on title problems for five (5) offices. Ms. Pullano will continue to provide high quality legal representation to clients in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
