Gwendolyn M. Allen practices in the area of commercial leasing.
Ms. Allen graduated, cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2008. She was awarded the Community Scholar Prize for her service through the law school clinical program advising a Baltimore-based community development corporation. During her first year of law school, Ms. Allen was awarded a fellowship with the American Planning Association's Planning and Law Division.
Prior to law school, Ms. Allen worked in community and economic development for Baltimore, Maryland and Wilmington, Delaware based non-profit organizations.
Ms. Allen also holds a Master's in Urban Planning from Saint Louis University (2003) and a B.A. in Architectural Studies from the University of Kansas (1999, with distinction).
