Mr. Boland focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration. Mr. Boland's estate planning practice involves the drafting of such documents as wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, general durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney and related documents. In developing estate plans for clients, Mr. Boland routinely counsels clients on any related estate or gift tax issues and suggests planning techniques designed to minimize the effect of such taxes.
