Allison D. Rule joined the firm in 2007 to practice in the areas of commercial real estate, general litigation, and communications technology.  Ms. Rule is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Ms. Rule received a Bachelor of Arts in History cum laude from Texas A&M in 1996 and her Juris Doctor from the Washington and Lee School of Law in 1999, where she served as an editor on the Race and Ethnic Ancestry Journal.  Following law school, Ms. Rule clerked for the Department of Labor's Office of Administrative Law Judges.  Prior to joining Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz & Gilday, Ms. Rule was associated with the Washington, D.C. office of Troutman Sanders.
